The Company was established in the year 1992 on the 30th day of November. With an intention of providing effective & safe Ayurvedic Medicines to mankind.

However the company was taken over by the existing promoters in the year June 2009. The existing promoters are having extensive experience of pharma industry for more than three decades. Vital Care is guided and supported by the promoters of well known pharmaceutical company, which is established for more than two decades in the field of Pharmaceutical formulations, backed by its professionally qualified, well experienced and committed team.
