History

Vectorply started operations in 1992 as Tech Textiles USA, a 50/50 joint venture between a North American textile company and a British Company called Tech Textiles Ltd. The British company’s interest was purchased in 1995 forming Johnston Industries Composite Reinforcements Inc.

In 2002 the current management group along with an Atlanta-based private equity firm purchased the company and changed its name to Vectorply Corporation.
