Tracserv was born out of an idea by Dick Kirby and Marc Storey that, as qualified diesel mechanics, they could supply a service to the earthmoving industries of rural New South Wales for the maintenance and repair of diesel powered plant and equipment. The Orange NSW branch of Tracserv Pty Ltd – known as “Tracserv Trucks” – was established as a natural consequence of Tracserv’s growth in reputation as a major player in the field of road transport in rural NSW.
Our franchise partner – Isuzu Australia Ltd – encouraged Tracserv to expand its franchise to this area. It has proven to be a successful move, enabling new truck buyers based west of Sydney to access the quality and expertise that goes into the Isuzu range of trucks. In addition to the Isuzu range of trucks, Tracserv Trucks Orange also specializes in the distribution and support of the Bobcat range of earthmoving equipment, together with Digga attachments, Daken and equipment.
All of these products are supported by Spare Parts and Service teams fully equipped to meet the ongoing needs of its customers. Today, Tracserv Pty Ltd – incorporating Tracserv Dubbo and Tracserv Trucks Orange – is owned and managed by its remaining founding partner – Dick Kirby, with the support of a highly qualified and experienced management team and dedicated staff at both its Dubbo and Orange branches. Tracserv’s vision involves providing quality in a range of trucks and earthmoving equipment, together with related support products and services that fulfill the needs of regional New South Wales.
