ARMS History – All Repair Machine Shop, Inc., aka ARMS PUMPS, has been a family business for almost 30 years. In the 20’s my Great Grandfather (Fred Stadelhofer) began making centrifugal water pumps in his back garage on California Street in Berkeley, that would eventually become known as BEKELEY PUMPS. My Grandfather (Fritz) and my Father (Gene), machinists and draftsmen for 40yrs at Berkeley Pumps, left the company, realizing they had the equipment and knowledge to start their own product line. ARMS Pumps was founded in 1987. We have proudly manufactured and assembled our water pumps here in the United States from the beginning. Each year we continue to improve and add upon our existing product line. We repair most pump brands, and many pump parts are completely interchangeable with our own, including Berkeley and McLellan.

Our goal: Continue making centrifugal water pumps with the highest quality materials at some of the most competitive pricing in the market, while allowing our customers to benefit from using an American made product.
